- Rates are discounted 5% for third consecutive month.
- All rates are subject to Florida Sales and Bed Taxes of 11 1/2%.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to rent a villa.
- All Villas are smoke free.
- All motor homes, campers and trailers are not allowed on the property for more than 24 hours.
- NO water recreation vehicle or their trailers are allowed on the property or more than 24 hours.
- NO water recreation vehicle may be launch into the water from our property.
- NO PETS ALLOWED
- NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.
Occupancy rates quoted are for up to
two (2) people in a one (1) bedroom villa.
four (4) people in a two (2) bedroom villa.
$25.00 per night may be charged for each additional person.
Reservations & Payment Schedule:
A refundable $300.00 Security Deposit is due within 14 days from the date you receive the contract. The first month's rent is due 90 prior to arrival to confirm your reservation. All remaining money is due upon arrival, when you receive your keys.
Cancellations:
If sixty or more days notice is given all money will be redunded in full. If less than sixty days notice is given and the villa is re-rented for a comperable period all money will be refunded. If 30 days or less notice is given there will be no refund. The Security Deposit ($300.00) will be refunded in full for all cancellations.
Arrival Time: After 3:00 PM
Departure Time: Before 10:00 AM
For arrivals after hours or on Holidays please make advance arrangements with Gulf Haven Office for keys and payment.
