| Rates allow up to 4 persons in a 2-bedroom villa, 2 persons in a 1-bedroom villa. Additional adults may be charged $25.00 per night.

| Reservations:
Refundable $300.00 Security Deposit required for reservation. First Month rent due 90 days in advance to confirm reservation. |
| Cancellations:
If sixty or more days notice is given all money will be refunded in
full. If less than sixty days notice is given and villa is re-rented for
a comparable period all money will be refunded. 30 days or less notice
no refunds Security Deposit ($300.00) will be refunded in full for all
cancellations. |
